Can you tell me about leasing options ?

Lease Descriptions: Lease financing available through Affinity Financial.

A Fair Market Value lease option offers you the lowest payment available. For Business Use the payments are 100% tax deductible. At the end of the lease term you may return the equipment or purchase it for its Fair Market Value. If you do not wish to purchase the equipment- for the price you are quoted, you are under no obligation to purchase it. This is the best option if you plan to own the equipment for 3 years or less.

A 10% purchase option offers you lower payments than a $1 buy-out option. For Business Use the payments are generally tax deductible. At the end of the lease term you may return the equipment or purchase it for 10% of the original funding amount. If you do not wish to purchase the equipment, you are under no obligation to purchase it. This option offers end of lease flexibility and a pre-determined purchase price.

The $1 purchase option transfers the ownership of the equipment to you at the end of the lease term. The lease payments must be deducted as a capital expense- (depreciable asset). This option protects your cash reserves, helps you manage your cash flow and simplifies budgeting with fixed monthly payments. This option is best for equipment that you intend to keep more than 5 years.

  1. All rates exclude applicable taxes.
  2. Your proposed lease is subject to Credit approval by Affinity Finanical
  3. All rates and lease quotations are subject to review.
  4. All rates expire 60 days from date of Quotation.
  5. All FMV and 10% trasactions with more than 20% softcosts must be custom quoted.
Benefits of Leasing your Equipment
  1. Avoids lump sum cash payments
  2. Provides a hedge against inflation with a fixed monthly payment
  3. Preserves Existing Credit Lines
  4. Conserves working capital

Note: Leasing is available to corporations, and government agencies and on hardware, software and services only. At present, federal government agencies are exempt.
*$1 Leases are not available for 12 and 24 month terms in Florida, Nebraska and Texas.
Lease quotes may vary from what is quoted on our web site and may be lower or higher after the lease application has been processed.

How are out of stock/backordered/on order products handled during shipping ?

The cost of shipping and handling will depend on whether you chose to ship all products together or individually. If you chose to have all products shipped together your shipping costs will not change. If a product is out of stock no products will be shipped until all of the products are in our inventory.

If you chose to have the products shipped individually, products will be shipped as they appear in our inventory and out of stock/backordered/on order products will be shipped as they appear in our inventory. This means that you will be charged shipping and handling costs for each product shipped out to you which will result in higher shipping and handling charges.

How does your delivery process work ?

All orders require one day of processing. This means that if you selected next day delivery, the order will not be shipped out until the following business day.

We ship your products as soon as the products are available in our inventory.  This means that if you selected to have a product shipped to you next day and the product is not in our inventory the order will continue to be active until the product has arrived in our inventory. When the product has arrived in our inventory, the product will then be shipped out next day or using the delivery method you originally chose.

Ground delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days to get to you depending on which warehouse the product ships from.

Please keep in mind that all orders require one additional day of processing.

How are pre-order items handled during shipping ?

Pre-order items are products that have been announced by the manufacturer but not yet shipped out to us generally because the product is still under development.

These products will be shipped out to you as soon as they become available to us.

How are phased-out items handled ?

Phased-out items are items that are either being phased-out by the manufacturer or by us. For this reason we sell these products as is and do not accept returns for these products. The manufacturer's warranty may still apply.

How are special order items handled ?

Special order items are items that may require a little more effort to process. For this reason a $5.00 handling fee may be accessed and several additional working days for the item to be processed and delivered may be added. If we are unable to obtain the product, we will alert you via email.
